José Antonio Oliva Alfonso
1965 | Artemisa, Cuba
He began his career in 1986, with works of landscapes and seascapes, which have been characterized by their beautiful composition, naturalness and color. Today he dabbles in lines and themes (women and roosters, among others) already treated in abundance by Cuban art, but he does it with such freshness that it makes us think that these are not yet exhausted. The slight erotic sensuality of his imprints a stamp of its own, weak to his work.
