Taylor is one of the Bahamas’ most well-known and celebrated Master artists. He is influenced by the Black Power Movement and tackles themes of emancipation, equal rights and job equality in his work. Other notable themes in his work include traditional home life: families, hard-working men and powerful women. He is a versatile Artist, who works in printmaking, painting, sculpture, and ceramics.
